I'm so bushed...couldn't even finish the book.

We have some new pictures. Our friend John Bauer came by with his awesome camera and took some very awesome pictures of our little guy. Thought we would share these awesome pictures. Plus Thomas had his first taste of apple sauce at the end of last week. We mixed some in with his rice cereal and he loved it! At the beginning of this week, we tried some carrots as well - which he absolutely loves!! So far he is a wonderful eater...and screams in disgust when he is finished :-) He's a great boy and we continue to be blessed every day.

Tooth #2 is in!!

We just returned from Marshall after hanging out with my parents...and tooth #2 has now made its appearance. Teething and the cold have taken a little toll on little Thomas. He was up 5 times on Saturday night, which was something Mommy isn't used to anymore. She has been pretty spoiled because he has slept through the night for months now. It was a little rough, but he seems to be feeling much better now...from his cold and his little chompers. It was nice to have Grandma and Grandpa around to spoil us as we recovered from a long night :-)

Here are some pictures for this last week...before he got sick :-)

Cold :-(

We have our first cold. Yesterday Tom started really coughing and sneezing, didn't sound too bad, just had an increasing cough. This morning the congestion set in. He sounded horrible. After talking with the nurse, we had to bring in Tom just to get him checked. Nothing serious - just a cold...his first cold. I think he sounds worse than he feels because he is still smiling and cooing with us. Hopefully it is gone soon.

WE HAVE A TOOTH!!

Thomas was sucking on my finger tonight and I noticed a little "chomper" coming in!!! He is getting his first tooth on the bottom. I can't believe it! It's just a little thing right now and you can only see a little white spot right now, but it's coming! Not even 5 months old and he's cutting a tooth. He hasn't even been that grumpy...

Daycare has been going well too. He seems to be quickly adjusting, flashing his cute little smile, and loves looking at the other little kids. He is definitely excited about it...from the lack of naps he's taking there and is sleeping hard when he gets home :-) Hopefully he'll be able to nap soon...of course after he soaks up all the new sights.

Thomas started daycare today. He did really well, but didn't get a nap so he spent most of the night napping on Mommy. Mommy and Daddy sure missed him throughout the day and checked on him often, but he did pretty good. Hopefully tomorrow he can get more of a nap in :-)
